My lunch, my prize & my experience with Brie

Today I decided for lunch I would have some Brie. Not just any Brie but, some Joan of Arc Brie that I won on a contest from Naughty Treats & Eats. (I also won goat cheese & a cambret of cheese too) 1st I had to remove the rind on the brie. And while I was heating up the oven I realized I didn't have the correct dish to heat up the Brie in so, I used a pie dish & parchment paper. I cut some green apples & some red apples into slices for dipping. I also got out some melba toast & some veggie crackers out & made a plate for myself. I was so excited to sit down & indulge. After about 7-10 mins I checked the Brie & seen it was melting in the pie dish. Lucky for me I places down the parchment paper. So, I was able to pick up the Brie using the parchment paper & placed the cheese in to a smaller container for dipping. Ok now I was in heaven & ready to sit down to enjoy my hard work. (Joking not hard work at all took 15 mins total) after about 10 mins of dipping my apples & crackers the cheese was clumping together. So I decided to scrape the Brie off the parchment paper (actually it slid right off) & into a ramekin & bingo it fit perfectly. I placed the container in the oven for about 10 mins & when I got it out. I could tell this was gonna work out for the best. And I was right!! The ramekin held the heat & the Brie stayed nice & creamy smooth. YAY success. I usually don't make Brie at home. But, I am sure quick to order some when out at a restaurant . I really do love all kinds of cheese. And now that I realized I can make Brie at home & I am going to do it more often. My inspiration was from the contest I won. And my determination for my love of cheese. I want everyone to know that I do not have to write about my prize, or where I won my prize from. I just like to share my experiences with others & felt like sharing. I did NOT get compensated for this nor was I asked to write anything. I am currently looking for new ways to enjoy Brie at home so please share an easy recipe with me. As I would like to try it. Something with jam would be nice. :)
